  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all MAKOTO_JDM tags and labels are intact and the item is unwashed.

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
